We’re here for you! Yet, we’re not ideal for everyone. So, let’s get more specific about the ‘you’ we’re talking about. To ask this another way, might you be our ideal client?

Let’s consider it!

Our ideal client has a simple probate case.

So, what’s simple?

By simple we mean a few things. First, we can only deal with one client. For one example, a bunch of disagreeable cousins would not be our ideal clients. A situation like that may require litigation, which we do not do.

You have around $2,500 ready.

Our cost is set by the state, and paid out of the estate at Distribution, but there are up to $2,500 in court and other fees. Be prepared for them no matter who you chose to assist you. For a breakdown of probate expenses our prior clients have paid, check out our article about the Fees of Probate.

Your Personal Representative is technologically capable.

The leader of the probate case is the Personal Representative, often called the executor or administrator. As that leader, you must be comfortable with modern tools, like email and online forms. Having access to a printer and a document scanner really speeds things along and avoids trips to the local print shop.

Your Personal Representative is Organized.

We help prepare your court forms with information you provide to us. We ask questions clearly and concisely to focus in on ‘what’s next’ in your probate. Good clients respond clearly and accurately, which helps avoid mistakes and fixes. Your questions are always welcome – that’s why you hire us!

As you can see, we’re easy to work with. If you’re ready to begin your probate case with us, we’re ready to help you. Not sure if you’re a good fit? Contact us today and have your questions answered by a professional.
